  • 7-Day Returns
    Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused and in original packaging. Please contact us at returns@pulpmaga.com within 7 days to start your return.

  • Extenuating Circumstances
    Life happens. If you miss the window due to extraordinary circumstances, reach out — we’ll review on a case-by-case basis and do our best to help.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days with photos of the item and packaging.

  • We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund right away — no hassle, no extra shipping costs.


Refunds

  • Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method once the return is processed.

  • If your return falls outside the standard window but we approve it under extenuating circumstances, you may be eligible for a partial refund or store credit.


Return Shipping

  • For most returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • For defective/damaged items, we’ll cover all return or replacement costs.
