Why hasn't my tracking updated?

When you see 'Label created', the carrier hasn't scanned the package yet. Updates usually appear within 24–48 hours.

What if my package is lost or delayed?

Email returns@pulpmaga.com with your order number. We’ll submit a trace with the carrier and make it right.
